Caroline and Cory were married on a lovely autumn day in October 2020. Their micro wedding celebration was held in two locations, with the ceremony being hosted during sunset on the shores of the gorgeous Sparks Lake and the reception being held at the delightful Caldera Springs at Sunriver Resort. 

The day started off with hair and makeup for Caroline by the fabulous Cassidy Elise. Caroline looked absolutely stunning in her Italian Eddy K intricately laced dress, Kate Spade peep toe heels and a delicate vintage necklace that was a gift from her grandmother when she was a child. Her insanely beautiful and detailed gown was purchased at The White Dress Portland. Cory looked dapper, sporting a blue linen suit and leather shoes from Cole Haan. 

Next up was the first look at Sunriver Resort, this intimate heart-felt moment was captured perfectly by the talented Ely Roberts Photography. Caroline held her whimsical bouquet of coral roses, dahlias, and snapdragons which were all tied together with a teal (her favorite color!) satin ribbon, designed by Posie Shoppe Floral and Event Design. 

As guests arrived at Sparks Lake for the ceremony, they were greeted by the alluring sounds of the Dove String Quartet. The shore area was set with rustic wooden pews for the seating and a hexagon shaped arbor from Heirlooms and Co. which only accentuated the breath-taking views of the crystal clear lake and Cascade Mountains. Caroline and Cory exchanged vows, along with their rings from Artfully Elegant and Kasaab Jewelers and made it official! After photos with each of their attendees, all the guests made their way to Caldera Springs for the reception. 

The reception included more live music and an exquisite 6 course wine dinner by Sunriver Resort. After their dining experience, Caroline and Cory cut their delectable cake and then everyone enjoyed ice cream from the couple’s favorite Goody’s Chocolates & Ice Cream. 

We adored providing our Partial Planning Package for this special couple. Although there were a few hiccups due to Covid, their micro wedding turned out to be exactly what they wished for and we loved being a part of it!
