If you’re considering a micro wedding or elopement, it’s important to have a wedding planner on your side to help you navigate the details. It may seem a planner isn’t necessary with a smaller affair, but there are just as many details to work out, sometimes even more! Especially if you’re considering an off-the-beaten-path location! And we understand that, even though the guest count might be lower, you still want a beautiful and meaningful day to celebrate your love. That’s why we’re here, to help you plan and coordinate the perfect day!
Pre-Wedding
- Unlimited email correspondence during business hours
- Access to your own personalized planning materials that we’ll work through together
- Four scheduled consultations to discuss all of your wedding details, either in person or over the phone, beginning when you book
- Research venues and/or vendors to match your budget and style and facilitate bookings
- Develop and track your budget based on established priorities
- Design and mood board creation to reflect your wedding vision
- Decor and rental selection to match your design
- Digital layout creation
- Vendor contract reviews
- Create your wedding day timeline
- Confirm details and timelines with all vendors
- Create a production overview that outlines every item in your setup
- Ceremony rehearsal facilitation and final venue walkthrough meeting
Wedding Day
- Oversee setup of ceremony and reception site, including setup of personal decor, like your guest book, place cards, and favors
- Direct vendors according to the layout and timeline, and serve as the point person
- Deliver wedding party bouquets and pin boutonnieres
- Direct the ceremony processional
- Coordinate your marriage license signing and ensure it is completed correctly
- Guide all scheduled events and manage the timeline
- Address and resolve any hiccups as they arise
- Assist the wedding party and guests as needed
- Distribute final payments and gratuities as needed
- Collect gifts and marriage license to be placed in a designated safe place
- Have a bridal kit available for any emergencies
- Oversee clean up of ceremony and reception site, including clean up of personal decor
- Includes your wedding coordinator and one assistant from The Indigo Bride team through clean up
- Your wedding planner will be assigned to you when you book
Optional Add-Ons
- Planning or coordination for rehearsal dinners, welcome parties or Sunday brunch
