Partial Planning

Our partial planning package not only includes day-of coordination, but it also includes booking your vendors, tracking your budget, building your layout, and creating your design. We include a heavy design focus in our partial planning package. We work closely with you to understand your vision and vibes for the day. Once we’ve got that vision down, we create a mood board for you. This helps the rest of the design to remain focused through selecting your florals, rentals and decor. With our methods and expertise, we help you take that scattered Pinterest board and turn it into a streamlined design. We also deeply value unique and personalized characteristics in all of our weddings. When you work with us, you’re sure to have a one-of-a-kind wedding, that will blow everyone away. 


  • Unlimited email correspondence during business hours

  • Four scheduled consultations to discuss all of your wedding details, either in person or over the phone, beginning when you book
  • Research venues and/or vendors to match your budget and style, and facilitate negotiations and bookings

Wedding Day

  • Oversee setup of ceremony and reception site, including setup of personal decor, like your guest book, place cards, and favors
  • Direct vendors according to the layout and timeline, and serve as the point person
  • Deliver wedding party bouquets and pin boutonnieres
  • Direct the ceremony processional
  • Coordinate your marriage license signing and ensure it is completed correctly
  • Guide all scheduled events and manage the timeline
  • Address and resolve any hiccups as they arise
  • Assist the wedding party and guests as needed
  • Distribute final payments and gratuities as needed
  • Collect gifts and marriage license to be placed in a designated safe place
  • Have a bridal kit available for any emergencies
  • Prep clean up crew for rental pick up and personal decor clean up
  • Includes your wedding coordinator and one assistant from The Indigo Bride team through scheduled reception events
  • Your wedding coordinator will be assigned to you when you book

Optional Add-Ons

  • Oversee clean up of ceremony and reception site, including clean up of personal decor
  • Planning or coordination for rehearsal dinners, welcome parties or Sunday brunch
