Jessica and Cody traveled from Texas and were married in the sweetest of summer months at Pronghorn Resort in July 2021. The entire celebration was absolutely swoon worthy! Beginning with the bride Jessica and her dearest girlfriends getting ready with hair and makeup by the talented Makeup Mafia team. Cody shared a few drinks with his groomsmen while he awaited the first look with his beautiful bride. Their first look was unforgettable, they met at Pronghorn’s iconic lava cave and the talented Ely Roberts was there to document it all. Jessica was stunning in her strapless sweetheart lace dress by Augusta Jones and Cody looked handsome in his Men’s Wearhouse navy suit and blush tie. Together they shared intimate, sweet moments before saying their “I do’s” at the ceremony.

The ceremony was set at Pronghorn’s Resort Event Island. The arbor was a showstopper and the beginning taste of what guests could expect for the rest of the evening. After Jessica and Cody made it official with Pastor Dude completing the nuptials, the guests walked back to the Event Lawn where cocktail hour and reception was set and ready to drop jaws with it’s beauty.  

Envisioning Bridgerton meets Gatsby with a hint of rustic elegance, this romantic vision was brought to life under a beautiful white draped tent by Special Occasions. The structure was decorated with crystal chandeliers with hanging smilax greenery. Summer Robbins Flowers brought her A game per usual and decked the entire venue out in lush romantic arrangements full of blush and purple color roses, english lavender, coral dahlias, butterfly ranunculus and greenery vines everywhere. It was absolutely dreamy!

Curated Event Rentals provided the gold flatware, along with the blush and gold mercury glass votives. BBJ Linen supplied the glass gold frosted chargers and rosewood cora linen napkins that matched the cocktail table linens. Before dinner, guests were invited to grab bubbly off of the spectacular champagne wall from Heirlooms & Co. This was not only refreshing and delicious but also doubled as their seat assignment display, which was so fun!

Dinner was a delectable two course plated meal immaculately prepared by Pronghorn Resort. Followed by, you guessed it, dessert! Foxtail Bakeshop stunned everyone with a towering four tier cake and an array of luscious mini desserts. The rest of the night was spent dancing and celebrating thanks to their amazing DJ, Josi of Flip Flop Sounds.

We were absolutely thrilled to provide Jessica and Cody with our Day of Coordination with Design Package. After postponing their wedding in 2020, it brought us so much joy to bring the excitement back to this destination couple. It was the perfect fit and one of our favorite designs to date!
