Michelle and Parker were married in Lake Oswego, Oregon at the modern venue Ironlight, an elevated event space that overlooks the luscious green hills of the Pacific Northwest. The lovely bride, Michelle, began her day getting ready at a beautiful home not far from the venue itself, where Styled by Mal made her look and feel her absolute best. Parker was also getting ready nearby. Once they were dressed and ready to go, they enjoyed their first look at the beautiful George Rogers park which is located along the Willamette River.

Kimberly Kay Photography were there to capture all the special moments throughout the day. After the first look, intimate portraits began as Michelle and Parker fell in love all over again. Then the wedding party and immediate family joined the couple for more memorable photos. 

Florals were designed by the amazingly talented team at Brier & Ivy. Michelle’s cascading bouquet included deep toned, lush blooms and burgundy foliage with garden roses and orchids to add to the cascade feel. Her bridesmaids had the same yet smaller versions of her look. Michelle and Parker’s arbor was covered by lush florals across the top, mimicking the bouquets and the centerpieces for tables were filled with a variety of similar florals with greenery throughout. 

Overlooking those luscious, Pacific Northwest forest and mountain tops, Michelle and Parker said “I Do!”, at sunset. The colors of the sun setting against the green mountains was absolutely stunning! Cocktail hour was located on the patio of the lovely venue and once dinner was ready guests moved inside to enjoy a scrumptious meal served by Grand Cru Hospitality. Dessert followed by some of the best dessert in the Portland metropolitan area by Papa Haydn. Once Michelle changed into her reception dress, the party truly began with Bend Event Sound getting the crowd going with a personalized playlist for the couple!
