In December of 2022, Lindy and Rivers traveled from Los Angeles to Bend to celebrate their wedding with their family and closest friends. As lovers of skiing on Mt. Bachelor and other winter activities, Central Oregon was the obvious choice for them to invite all their guests to enjoy! We kicked off their wedding weekend with an intimate 7 course dinner with wine pairings at Ariana Restaurant. The cozy house-like restaurant was perfect for the start of the festivities! The custom menus created by Velvet Fox Designs was the perfect touch to the tablescape, along with evergreen tapered candles and velvet napkins. 

The next day the couple was married in a glorious winter wonderland landscape which is also known as Sunriver, Oregon. Surrounded by snowy mountain tops, their special day was a testament to love’s warmth even in the coldest weather. Despite the winter whims, the festivities were enjoyed by all, creating beautiful memories for the couple and their loved ones. Sunriver Resort provided the perfect backdrop, and the snowy weather added an extra touch of magic to this charming celebration.

The exemplary Britt Rene Photo photographed the rehearsal dinner, along with the entire day from Lindy getting ready with her friends and family through the cold sparkler exit into a vintage car at the end of the evening. Alongside her, capturing timeless moments throughout the wedding celebration, was videographer Mike Hiatt Media. 

Lindy and her gals got ready in a beautiful suite provided by Sunriver Resort where they shared laughs and lots of love stories between the couple. Hair and makeup by Kayla Nicole Beauty conquered their dream looks for the day. The stunning bride, Lindy, wore a breathtaking gown from Anne Barge along with shoes from Badgley Mischka. 

After the sweet ceremony inside the Great Hall of the Sunriver Resort, the guests were escorted to a relaxed cocktail hour in the foyer. Two delightful signature cocktails added to the celebratory vibe, creating a perfect moment for all the guests to mingle and enjoy. Dance Hall Days kicked off the party with a personalized playlist for the couple. 

We absolutely adored designing this magical celebration, the inspiration was vintage Christmas meets Great Gatsby meets Studio 54! We brought on Brier & Ivy to create the floral vision of Lindy and River’s dream. Their flowers matched perfectly with the winter bliss of Sunriver and the snowy season from full green wreaths, white roses, white anemones and green cascading within the magical day. Pacific Northwest douglas fir trees were also spread throughout the event to fill the space and bring some holiday cheer. The guests cozied up in black bentwood chairs rentals from Curated Event Rentals and enjoyed an epic champagne tower moment!

Once cocktail hour came to an end, guests were invited back into the Great Hall for dinner and reception. Lindy and Rivers made an unforgettable grand entrance, underneath the glam blanket of disco balls and breathtaking lighting created by Illuminate Your Night which set the tone for the rest of the magical celebration! At the end of the evening, Lindy and Rivers exited their event in between a tunnel of their closest friends and family and cold sparklers provided by Epic Experiences and took off in a vintage getaway car. The teams at Northwest Navigator and Shuttle Oregon made sure all the guests safely made it back to their accommodations.  

The party wasn’t over yet…after such a amazing wedding day, we also helped plan the Bride’s 30th birthday/New Years Eve celebration, which ended the festive weekend off just right! With NYE themed balloons and more sparkling decor, it was so fun for their guests to keep the party going! Lindy and Rivers utilized our Full Service Planning package for us to plan, design and coordinate the entire wedding weekend, and we must say it turned out beyond magical!
