Parris and Max gathered their family and friends in Central Oregon to celebrate their wedding day at the picturesque Tetherow. With stunning views and the perfect outdoor ceremony spot, it was an easy choice for their wedding weekend.

Their day started by getting ready with Edge Hair and Makeup in a beautiful Tetherow home right next to the Event Pavilion. The sunlight weaved through the house perfectly as Parris did a first look with her bridesmaids and family. After they admired her elegant style, she went to meet Max for their first look near the ceremony lawn.

Julia Duke Photo captured this special moment and time together before the events of the day began. As the sun shone down with light and warmth, Julia captured more sweet moments between the couple and their bridal party and family. Just as they wrapped up their formal photos and were tucked away inside, the rain began to come down and it wasn’t stopping! Every vendor jumped into action to make a plan and still execute the perfect day for Parris and Max! We decided to begin with cocktail hour and wait until the storm passed so the lovely couple could still have their beautiful outdoor ceremony.

The couple choose Dance Hall Days to bring an epic dance party to their wedding day and that’s exactly what they did. Once cocktail hour was announced, bars were open, Tetherow’s chef was shucking oysters, and the band was jamming! Parris and Max wanted a disco and boogie theme throughout their wedding planning and Dance Hall Days helped make the boogie happen all night.

Petals. Flowers by Katie created the most eccentric masterpiece for their ceremony floral arches and added bright touches of flower magic throughout the event pavilion. Decor rentals were provided by Heirlooms & Co. and a band stage set up by O’Brien Events.

Just as the guests wrapped up dinner, golden hour was in full effect and it was time for their ceremony. As everyone took their seats, the sky’s warm colors further enhanced the ambiance, creating a breathtaking scene. The natural beauty of the surroundings combined with the couple’s heartfelt “I Do’s” made for a truly enchanting and memorable moment.

Juniper Photo Booth arrived as the rain parted as well and everyone had a blast savoring the memories on a photo strip from the little trailer. Guests enjoyed desserts from Dreamin’ Desserts, including a variety of macaroons and custom mini banana cream pies.

Parris and Max chose our Partial Planning Package, ensuring their wedding design and planning was personalized and perfect for them. The amazing day, with its unique flow and unforgettable moments stands out as one of our favorites. Shout out to this amazing vendor team for being flexible and making this dream wedding come true!

“We had the best experience with using The Indigo Bride for our wedding this past June. Kelsey saved the day when the weather turned at the last minute by rearranging our order of events. Our “backwards” wedding was a huge hit and everything went off without a hitch. It was such a pleasure working with Kelsey and The Indigo Bride team. Five stars all the way!!”
