With over a decade in hospitality, she’s a pro at getting to know her couples and creating celebrations that feel intentionally you. And yes, she also curates dreamy, hyper-personal honeymoons because the magic shouldn’t stop at the aisle.
Based in New York and part of our team since 2019, Victoria brings that signature East Coast spark: fast-paced, detail-obsessed, and always on top of everything before you even think of it. If she’s planning your wedding, consider your stress handled.
When she’s not creating unforgettable events, she’s chasing sunshine, surfing, or adventuring with her pup. She brings that same sense of fun and exploration into every experience she creates.

Originally from Portland, Oregon, McKenzie has called Bend home for the past five years, where she’s fully embraced the outdoor lifestyle. With 15 years of experience in the hospitality world, McKenzie started out managing restaurants before discovering her true passion for weddings. She loves being a part of people’s special moments and bringing their visions to life.
When she’s not working, you can usually find McKenzie enjoying the outdoors—she’s a huge dog lover and finds nature to be the best therapy. She’s all about staying active, whether that means hitting the gym or getting outside to explore new trails. Traveling is another big passion of hers, and while she’s been to many places, Spain definitely tops the list as her favorite destination.
A fun fact about McKenzie: purple is her favorite color, and she loves how it represents creativity and individuality. Between work, fitness, and adventure, McKenzie’s always up for new experiences and making the most of life.

With a background in hospitality and spa services, Kelsey has honed her skills in sales, catering, hair & makeup, event planning, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.
Creating happiness for couples is Kelsey's ultimate joy. She delights in working behind the scenes to make your entire planning and wedding experience magical and flawless. When she's not hard at work, you can find her adventuring with her husband and kids, Jax and June, through the woods and to the river.

Beyond her love for coordinating beautiful wedding experiences, Maya also has an eye for noticing all the details of a wedding day. She is our content girly passionate about capturing love and celebration. With her ability to beautifully document special moments, she allows her couples the opportunity to relive and cherish their day.
