Decor Setup
Our decor setup package offers decor setup and styling for your wedding. Many couples book their weddings through local venues that provide venue coordinators, but they do not cover your personal decor setup and styling. You don’t need a day-of wedding coordinator to direct your day, you simply need a team that can come in, setup your decor and make everything look fabulous! That’s exactly what this package offers.
Pre-Wedding
- One scheduled consultation to discuss your decor setup, either in person or over the phone, typically around 2-4 weeks out from your wedding date
Wedding Day
- Decor setup and styling of ceremony and reception site, including any and all personal decor
- Includes two of The Indigo Bride team for up to 5hrs
- Your wedding coordinator will be assigned to you 4 weeks out from your wedding date
