Stephany and Justin were married in June of 2019 at Loloma Lodge. Their wedding had a magical pacific northwest vibe, mixed with a glam camping theme. The wedding location was right next to the crystal clear McKenzie River and was full of lush ferns and large pine trees. This was a perfect spot for their family and friends all to stay for a weekend of celebration. The day kicked off with hair and makeup by Cassidy Elise at the on-property historic log cabin. Stephany wore a gorgeous, lacey white dress, diamond gauged earrings, and a sparkly back necklace with a beautiful crystal attached. Justin looked dapper, wearing a dark blue suit with a floral tie.

Stephany and Justin met for their first look and it was full of laughter and tears. Sarah Lynn Photography PDX captured each moment perfectly and provided photography through the wedding day. Stephany’s bouquet was a complete show-stopper featuring a bright color palette, created by Revel Petals

The wedding guests were welcomed with a custom wooden sign by Heirlooms & Co. The ceremony was set among the forest, with rustic wooden benches for the guest’s seating and a beautifully adorned arbor with eucalyptus, garden roses, and wildflowers by Revel Petals. The nuptials were performed by Wendy Duncan Ministries.

Being a smaller intimate affair, this allowed the couple to have the time to take photos with each and every guest during cocktail hour. As well as a joyful group photo! The reception was set with rustic wooden tables and bench seating with fresh eucalyptus runners. The tables were decorated with antique books, terrariums, and metallic votive candles provided by Heirlooms & Co. The guests enjoyed margaritas and local street tacos from El Sancho for dinner. The stunning wedding cake provided by Dreamin’ Desserts featured a gold drip, blue watercolor buttercream, and more fresh florals.

The evening continued with dancing and spending time fireside indulging in cigars, as well as the s’mores bar. The DJ services were provided by Bend Event Sound. As the guests departed back to their cozy cabins on the property, they were left with a guest favor of an engraved compass for each guest to use for their future adventures and to serve as a reminder of the wonderful day in the forest in which they had all the opportunity to celebrate their love together.

We provided our Partial Planning package for Stephany and Justin’s wedding day to ensure they were able to fully enjoy each and every magical moment with their family and friends.

The best decision! Bree was incredible from the moment we connected! She was always on top of everything, sent me the BEST recommendations, answered any and all questions I could’ve asked, and more. She helped the vision come through and I couldn’t have been happier at my wedding. I’m honestly sad that we’re not having regular calls to discuss wedding plans anymore. She helped make the experience so much fun, and without her, it wouldn’t have been half the wedding it was! And I’m serious, because she thought of things I had no idea I would’ve needed to consider. I’m so grateful to have had Bree throughout the whole process! Thank you!
