Laura and Brandon were married on a warm autumn day in October at Tetherow Resort. Being long-time sweethearts, their wedding was beyond sentimental and truly focused on the importance of love, family, and friends.
Our lovely bride, Laura looked ravishing in her wedding gown by Alyssa Kristin purchased from a&bé bridal and her brunette locks were adorned with a long, sheer veil. Her bling silver heels by Jeffery Campbell and unique gold earrings from Tiffany and Co. added some sparkle to complete this timeless bridal look. The bridesmaids and groomsmen each had furry friends to accompany them with the getting ready process. In the bridesmaid’s suite a loving pit bull watched as the girls had their hair beautifully done up by Seus Beauty. The maid’s dresses were all the same light blush color, but different styles were used to compliment each of the girls perfectly. The groomsmen had an adorable frenchie pup to hang out with, while they laughed and cheered with whiskey. The guys were all dressed in tan suits from The Black Tux with caramel color suspenders and blush pink bow ties.
The weather was superb for their outdoor celebration. The sun shined brightly and a light fall breeze brought life and movement to their outstanding floral arrangements throughout. The contrast of lavender and dark burgundy flowers mixed with pampas grass and eucalyptus blended perfectly against the high desert backdrop. The ceremony was set out on the lawn with Tetherow’s dark wooden chairs and a tryst triangle arbor by Heirlooms & Co. The aisle was adorned with hanging vases full of florals from Fry Family Farm that also matched the arbor at the center. The arbor was the true showstopper – decorated with eucalyptus, violet roses, burgundy hanging amaranthus, light pampas grass, pops of yellow craspedia, blue star thistle and bright pink proteas. Keeping on with the special family touches, the officiant was Laura’s cousin and close friend. Brandon could hardly hold back his emotions as he announced his personal vows to Laura. After this heartfelt ceremony, they sealed it with a kiss and the celebration began!
The guests transitioned into cocktail hour on the patio with passed drinks and hors d’oeuvres by Tetherow Resort. Fabulous photos were taken by Tony Gambino and continued videography of the guests enjoying the event was recorded eloquently by Kyle Schwenning. After cocktail hour, the guests were welcomed into the reception space, which was decorated beautifully with ivory linen and accents of gold vases with the same unique florals. On top of the gold plate chargers were ivory napkins embellished with a rosemary sprig.
Following a delicious dinner, Brandon and Laura shared their first dance and then cut into their sweetheart cutting cake. The guests also enjoyed handcrafted ice cream and affogatos from Addy Mac’s truck. The rest of the reception was full of sentimental toasts and plenty of dancing under the twinkling bistro lighting. The guests boogied the night away to the music by Flip Flop Sounds on the wooden dance floor provided by Illuminate Your Night.
We loved working with Brandon and Laura and providing our Day of Coordination with Design Package. Their wedding was so full of love, it was beyond amazing to be able to contribute to their special day.
