Maggie and Mark are the sweetest couple and we loved working with them to design their stunning wedding. The planning journey was an interesting one to say the least! Two days prior to their wedding day, their original venue was announced to be officially in a wildfire evacuation zone. With the help of our dream team of vendors, we moved their entire celebration from their venue to their family’s private home. Ultimately, plan B was better than anyone could have expected! The smoke was clear, the weather was perfect and it really showed through in the amazing photos that Rosemary & Pine Photography captured that day.

Maggie and her bridesmaids relaxed, shared laughs together and enjoyed a stress free morning getting their hair and makeup done by the lovely Cassidy Elise. The magic began outside amongst the tall beautiful trees where their friends and family gathered to witness a sweet, heartfelt ceremony. From the boho carpets to the clay pots that held the wild florals, every detail about this ceremony was effortlessly elegant. Maggie walked down the aisle in a simple, yet beautiful long gown by Chosen from En Blanc Bridal that looked gorgeous with her cream wildflower bouquet. We loved the addition of her boho hat that topped off the look! Her bridesmaid’s wore a unique variety of colors and textures such as orange velvet and champagne satin from Anthropologie and Show Me Your Mumu as they stood by their sweet Maggie. The happiness and love that was shared between the bride and the bridal party that day was so special to witness. Flip Flop Sounds did a wonderful job with providing the sound for this special moment.

With the help of a fabulous team of vendors the cocktail hour and reception to follow was quite the woodland, bohemian celebration! Hey You Flowers brought the vision to life with all of the whimsical florals and natural tones that were used all throughout the reception site. The Tumalo farm tables from Curated Event Rentals and the wooden dinner chairs provided by Central Event Rentals helped create the rustic, farm vibe. Illuminate Your Night created a bowtie design of bistro lights that hung over the reception dining tables and bistro lights were added to the surrounding trees that give it an intimate, romantic feel.

Tate & Tate served a delicious spread of passed appetizers and stationed cheeses that guests enjoyed as they sipped on their cocktails from The Bevy PNW and congratulated the new Mr. & Mrs. For dinner, the sweet couple sat in gorgeous wicker chairs as they listened to the sincere toasts from their family and friends. Precious Byrd played the party tunes and encouraged guests to dance the night away. More entertainment was offered from Bend VW Photo Bus with their adorable red VW bus that allowed for guests to capture those silly, intimate moments. Desserts included a variety of mini sweets which we love seeing! Foxtail Bakeshop served a delectable display of cookies, donuts and also provided the perfect boho chic wedding cake.

Maggie and Mark chose The Indigo Bride’s Day-of Coordination with Design Package to ensure they had the freedom to enjoy themselves knowing every detail was taken care of. It was such a special day to be a part of, filled with so much love!

“Bree and The Indigo Bride team are the best! Not only did she help reschedule my wedding due to COVID but 48 hours before our rescheduled date, we had to move the wedding due to fires. She did it all with a smile and was super easy-going and calm. I couldn’t have done it without her! She did a great job connecting with vendors, assisted with making design decisions and more. I would highly recommend her services. We used her for day of planning and she helped with more than that! She helped with creating a timeline for the day, organized all the vendor arrival times and pickups and helped with set up of the wedding. She even assisted with getting a dance floor, stage and cute bevy cart a day before our wedding. Thank you Bree and Team!”
