Three Sisters Wilderness | Bend, OR | Styled Shoot

We were inspired to design this styled elopement shoot with Rosemary and Pine Photography to showcase the beauty of one of Central Oregon’s cascade lakes, Todd Lake. The mountain views and forest filled area was the perfect backdrop for capturing the love between Thai and Michael.
We wanted to encompass the day in its entirety in nature. Down to all the little details including a stunning mountainous location, natural floral elements, terra cotta pots, and the bride wearing the Sadia BHLDN gown and celestial earrings from Peaces by Lauren in fog to compliment the lake surroundings. Our goal was for this morning to feel like a sweep-you-off-your-feet romantic and quiet love story; lakeside vows, a breakfast picnic, and a paddle around the lake.
Rosemary and Pine Photography designed the florals and wanted to use a neutral palette to compliment the beauty of the outdoors. The florals used were white roses with hints of peach and blush, hydrangeas, babies breath, and eucalyptus on the cascading canoe piece. Thai’s bouquet had many of the same floral elements with some hints of dried lunaria money plant intertwined throughout and white cascading orchids off to the side. These florals were placed into the small terra cotta pots used around the picnic setting.
We adored the use of the canoe decorated with fresh blooms for creating the most romantic setting, along with a cozy lake-side picnic with bubbles and tasty treats from Crumb Cakery. The vision of the styled shoot came together wonderfully, we loved the electric connection between our two models, all while capturing the natural beauty of the area.
